This rescue site, Good Shepherd Rescue is a startup, it is an all-breed dog rescue based in Northern New Jersey. Our intention is to pull reasonably healthy animals of sound temperament from overcrowded, high-kill area shelters to be placed in adoptive homes. The forgotten, the overlooked, the neglected and abused: we believe every dog should have his day: a second chance to find a loving forever home. Help us to help them!
